The question
ACA Group, a Belgian software and consultancy company, was looking for a senior profile combining product strategy, service design and hands-on product design, deployable across diverse client projects.
What I do
As a freelance consultant I contribute to, among other things, a gamified e-learning app: from strategic choices and service design to concrete product design, in multidisciplinary teams with UI designers, developers and researchers. For confidentiality reasons I cannot go into detail about the client projects.
What comes of it
An ongoing collaboration since 2024.
